This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the shipping and delivery of all orders placed with Olivifer Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) through this website.

1. Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Dispatch Time: All orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) on a working day will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time or on a non-working day will be dispatched on the next working day.

  • Working Days: Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England.

2. Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders for delivery within the United Kingdom.

  • Service: Royal Mail Tracked 48 or DPD Local (service selected based on order weight and value).

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–3 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • Cost: Complimentary.

3. International Shipping

At this time, Olivifer Limited operates exclusively within the United Kingdom to ensure the highest quality of service and product integrity. We do not currently ship to international destinations through this website.
