Sale or Return – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
Sale or return is only available on your first order, subject to local campaigns, stock availability, and prior written approval.

2. Product Selection
Items eligible for sale or return are selected at our discretion and will be clearly marked as such on the invoice. Only items specifically listed as "Sale or Return" are eligible under this policy.

3. Return Notification Period
You must inform us in writing (email or letter) within 30 calendar days of the invoice date if you wish to return any items under this policy. After this period, the items will be deemed sold and no return will be accepted.

4. Return Authorisation Required
All returns must be approved by us in writing before being shipped back. Any unauthorised returns will not be accepted or credited.

5. Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Be in their original, unopened packaging

  • Contain no price tags, offer stickers, or labels

  • Be unmarked, unaltered, and fit for resale

  • Be accompanied by the original invoice or a copy of it

6. Return Delivery Costs and Risk
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You must use a tracked and insured delivery service. We are not liable for lost or damaged returns.

7. Inspection and Acceptance
All returned goods are subject to inspection upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse or partially credit any items that do not meet the return conditions stated above.

8. Credit Processing
Approved returns will be processed within 14 business days of receipt and inspection. A credit note will be issued for eligible items only. No cash refunds will be issued under this policy.

9. Limitation
Sale or return is not available to customers who have previously used this option or who fail to meet our return conditions.
